Delhi HC: Failure to Supply of Legible Copies of Documents Renders Detention Order Illegal - (03 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has observed that an order of detention passed by the Detaining Authority based on illegible copies of documents suffers from non-application of mind and is liable to be quashed.
