Amendment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018- (Securities and Exchange Board of India) (27 Apr 2022)

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, namely:-

1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022.

2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018--

I. The amendments relating to sub-regulation (3A) of regulation 32, regulation 49, regulation 129, regulation 145, clause (10) and clause (15) of Part A of Schedule XIII, and Schedule XIV carried out by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 shall come into force in the following manner:- (a) for public issues of a size less than ₹ 10,000 crore and opening on or after April 1, 2022; with effect from April 1, 2022;

(b) for public issues of a size equal to or more than ₹ 10,000 crore and opening on or after April 1, 2022; with effect from July 1, 2022.
