Allahabad HC Denies Bail to Former Govt Clerk in Link With UP Gomti River Development Scam Case - (02 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has rejected bail to a former Govt Junior Assistant/Clerk in link with an alleged Rs.1500/- crores scam relating to the financial irregularities committed with criminal intent in the work of Gomti River Channelization Project and Front Development by the Irrigation Department.
