Delhi HC: Humanist Approach Needs to Encourage Offenders to Demonstrate Commitment to Society - (02 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has observed that while granting parole, a humanist approach needs to be taken giving convicts an opportunity to resolve their personal and family issues and to encourage offenders to establish a commitment to the society.
