NCLAT: Territorial Jurisdiction Cannot be Taken Away by Agreement Between Parties - (28 Apr 2022)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has observed that the territorial jurisdiction of NCLT to decide a case under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 cannot be taken away by the agreement among the parties.
