NCLAT: Interest Free Security Deposit is an Operational Debt - (28 Apr 2022)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has observed that an interest free security deposit towards advance license fee will qualifies as an operational debt under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
