CESTAT, New Delhi Sets Aside Order Denying Cenvat Credit to Buyer - (26 Apr 2022)

CUSTOMS

Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi has observed that the allegation against supplier was proved not true and set aside the order denying cenvat credit to the buyer.
