Delhi HC Directs Revenue to Grant Immunity Under Section 270AA - (26 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi High Court has observed that the assessee cannot be prejudiced by the inaction of the Assessing Officer, directing the revenue to grant immunity under Section 270AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
