Karnataka HC Refuse Anticipatory Bail to Ex-Member of Legislative Council in Extortion Case - (26 Apr 2022)

Karnataka High Court has declined anticipatory bail to a Former Member of Legislative Council and another person in an alleged extortion case, registered against them by a civil contractor.
