NCLT Cuttack: CIRP Can’t be Initiated Over Undecided Claims or Unstamped Agreements - (26 Apr 2022)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack has ruled that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process cannot be initiated based on undecided claims and/or unstamped and unregistered agreements, which need compulsory registration in law.
