Bombay HC: Court Can't Grant Interim Relief u/s 9 of A&C Act, If Contract is Determinable - (25 Apr 2022)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that an application for interim relief under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (A&C Act) in the form of specific performance of the contract would not be maintainable when the nature of the contract is determinable.
