SC Declines Bail Plea of Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik - (22 Apr 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has declined to approve bail to Maharashtra Cabinet Minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik in a case of money laundering, by stating that the probe is at a nascent stage.
