ITAT, Ahmedabad: Higher Rate of Depreciation Available to Vehicles Let Out on Hire - (22 Apr 2022)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has ruled that the assessee can avail higher rate of depreciation that is accessible to vehicles to let out on hire subject to details submission.
