Karnataka High Court Restrains IDBI Bank Employees from Carrying Out Strike - (28 Mar 2016)

Karnataka HC while passing order on the petition filed by the IDBI Bank’s management challenging the notices issued by United Platform of Bank Unions has prevented the unions and workmen from “carrying out strike” from March 28 to 31, and issued guidelines to prevent them from obstructing services.
