Delhi HC: Third Party Not Absolved From Contempt If Conduct Amounts To Violation Of Court Order - (19 Apr 2022)

Delhi High Court has ruled that disobedience of an order of the Court, if acceptable, will result in striking at the root of the rule of law on which our system of governance is based.
