Delhi HC: Domain Name Registrars Are Intermediaries Under Information Technology Act - (19 Apr 2022)

Delhi High Court has observed that the Registrars of Domain Name are intermediaries, within the meaning of section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
