P&H HC: Dependant Parents Entitled to Family Pension After Wife & Children Lose Eligibility - (19 Apr 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has ruled that entitlement for the grant of family pension to the dependent parents needs to be seen after the widow or the children lose their eligibility for the grant of the said benefit.
