ITAT, Bangalore: Corporate Guarantee Falls Within Ambit of International Transaction - (19 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore has observed that corporate guarantee falls within the extent and ambit of international transaction and Arm’s Length Price is applicable at 0.5%.
