P&H HC: Court Does Not Interfere in Compassionate Appointment in Absence of Any Policy - (18 Apr 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held in a writ petition for quashing of an order denying for service benefits and compassionate appointment on account of the husband's death that a decision needs to be taken as expeditiously as possible.
