SC: Court Cannot Act As Expert in Field of Education, Institutions to Decide on Candidature - (18 Apr 2022)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has said that a Court cannot act as an expert in the education field and it should be left to the institutions to decide whether a candidate possesses requisite qualification or not, observing that there cannot be deviation from educational qualifications.
