Delhi HC: Petition u/s 9 A&C Act Not Maintainable Against Procedural Orders of Arbitral Tribunal - (15 Apr 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has ruled that a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (A& Act) for interim measures of protection, is not maintainable before the Court against the procedural orders passed by the Arbitral Tribunal.
