SC: On Execution of Agreement to Sell and Payment of Advance, Vendee Not Required to Prove Further - (15 Apr 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has held that once the execution of agreement to sell and payment of advance substantial sale consideration is admitted by the vendor, there is nothing further required to be proved by the vendee in a suit for specific performance of agreement to sell.
