Delhi HC: Investigation Into Reason for Judge's Recusal Would be Interference with Course of Justice - (14 Apr 2022)

Delhi High Court has observed that an investigation for recusal into the cause or reason by a judge, mainly, by a litigant, would itself be an interference with the course of justice.
