NCLT, Kolkata: IRP Cannot be Maintained Against Legal Heirs of Personal Guarantor - (12 Apr 2022)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata has held that insolvency resolution process cannot be maintained against the legal heirs of the personal guarantor.
