AAR, West Bengal: Services for Collection and Disposal of Bio Medical Waste Iis Exempt From GST - (12 Apr 2022)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority for Advance Ruling, West Bengal has held that services provided for collection and disposal of bio-medical waste to the State Government is exempt from Goods and Services Tax.
