CESTAT, Ahmedabad: Cenvat Credit on Services within Factory Premises allowable - (11 Apr 2022)

EXCISE

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has observed that cenvat credit in respect of garden maintenance service under the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004 for the garden being maintained within the factory premises is allowable.
