Gujarat HC: Dispute Involving Interpretation of Policy Guidelines Can Be Referred to Arbitrator - (08 Apr 2022)

ARBITRATION

Gujarat High Court has observed that petition for referring to arbitration cannot be disallowed on the ground that the dispute involves interpretation of policy guidelines.
