MP HC Grants Temporary Bail to Rape Accused for Taking Care of Wife & Repairing Dilapidated Dwelling - (06 Apr 2022)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted temporary bail to a rape accused for 45 days to take care of his injured wife and to repair his house, which was in a bad condition.
