Karnataka HC: Applications for Affiliation/Recognition Must be Decided with Precision on Time - (06 Apr 2022)

EDUCATION

Karnataka High Court has held that applications made by colleges seeking affiliation/ recognition etc. must be decided for a specified academic year with precision and final order granting or refusal of affiliation should be issued well before the commencement of that academic year.
