ITAT, Mumbai: Provisions of Black Money Act Cannot be Invoked for Minor Breach of Law - (06 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai has observed that the provisions of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 cannot be invoked for minor errors.
