ITAT, Delhi: Depreciation not Allowable On Non-Compete Fee - (06 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has observed that the depreciation is not allowable on non-compete fee under section 32 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
