ITAT, Delhi Upholds Order Against Gandhi Family on Commercial Immovable Property - (06 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has upheld the case against the Gandhi family in relation with commercial immovable properties worth more than Rs 800 crore by incorporating Young Indian having a share capital of Rs 5 lakh and by taking hawala entry of Rs 1 crore.
