Supreme Court: Reasons for Cancelling Bail to Co-Accused Also Applies to Another Accused - (05 Apr 2022)

Supreme Court has held that the reasons which weigh with the Court to cancel the bail granting to co-accused would also apply in bail preferred by another accused in connection to the same First Information Report and incident.
