Supreme Court: Benefit u/s 64 (2) CPC Available to Bonafide Purchaser - (05 Apr 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has observed that benefit of Section 64(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 shall be available if the objector and/or subsequent purchaser proves that he is the bona fide purchaser, who has entered into the transaction prior to the order of attachment.
