Allahabad HC Relies Upon Extra-Judicial Confession of Wife to Confirm Life Sentence - (05 Apr 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has upheld the life sentence awarded to a wife who killed her husband in concert 18 years back with two others by relying upon her voluntary and trustworthy extra-judicial confession.
