Gujarat HC: No Show Cause Notice Issued Along With Draft Assessment Order u/s 144B - (04 Apr 2022)

Gujarat High has observed that the issuance of a show cause notice along with the draft assessment order is absolutely important before passing an order under Section 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
