Bombay HC: 7 Days Jail for Prison Superintendent for Denying Emergency Parole to Eligible Prisoners - (04 Apr 2022)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has observed the Superintendent of Central Prison guilty of contempt and punished him to seven days simple imprisonment for selectively denying emergency parole of the prisoners during the Covid pandemic.
