Bombay HC: High Court Office to Accept Appeals by Advocates Appointed by Legal Aid or Court - (01 Apr 2022)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has observed that the High Court Office must accept appeals filed by advocates appointed by the Legal Aid Service Authority or the Court, even if the advocate does not attach certified copies of the judgments they are challenging.
