CESTAT, Ahmadabad: Cenvat Credit Can’t be Denied for Warranty Services Provided Free of Cost - (01 Apr 2022)

SERVICE TAX

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmadabad has reiterated that the cenvat credit can’t be denied on warranty services during the warranty period provided free of cost.
