Delhi High Court: Suit Property Can't Be Attached Under Order 38 Rule 5 CPC Mechanically - (31 Mar 2022)

Delhi High Court has reiterated that the power under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 cannot be exercised mechanically or merely by High Court to ask plaintiff to the suit.
