Delhi HC: Arbitral Award Cannot be Sustainable Merely Because of Participation of Parties - (31 Mar 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that the participation of any party is insufficient to infuse life to arbitral proceedings if the award is void ab initio on the ground of ineligibility of an arbitrator.
