Calcutta HC Directs Registrar for List of Appeals Wherein Convicts Jailed for More than 14 Years - (30 Mar 2022)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court directed the Registrar (IT) of the High Court to prepare a list of appeals wherein the convicts are in jail for 14 or more and list those matters before the Court for consideration of bail within 2 weeks.
