P&H HC: Party Expected to Approach Court Within Reasonable Time in Absence of Prescribed Limitation - (30 Mar 2022)

LIMITATION

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that in the absence of any given limitation, it should be a reasonable time within which the aggrieved party has to approach the Court.
