CESTAT, Delhi: Delay in Filing Appeal Due to Drafting and Calculation Error can be Condoned - (29 Mar 2022)

CUSTOMS

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, has stated that the delay of two days in filing due to delay in drafting the appeal and calculation mistake is condonable since these reasons are adequately clarified.
