Delhi HC: Speech Given During Elections Just to Create Atmosphere, Different from Ordinary Times - (28 Mar 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has said in a case related to alleged hate speeches connected to the Northeast Delhi riots that a speech given during election time is different from one given during ordinary times and sometimes things are said just to create an atmosphere without there being the intention.
