Bombay HC Refuses to Quash FIR Against Man Who Was Allegedly Among Drunk Group - (28 Mar 2022)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has refused to quash a first information report against man who was among an allegedly drunken group that sped away, stating that Police has every right to inquire with people who are out at night.
