SEBI Imposes Fine on Axis Bank for Failure to Make Disclosures - (25 Mar 2022)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a fine of Rs. 5 lakh on Axis Bank for failing to make requisite disclosures under the merchant banker regulations.
