SC Directs to File Report on Officers Involved in Muzzafarpur Shelter Home Sexual Assault Case - (24 Mar 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed Bihar to file a report on action taken against State officers involved in the Muzaffarpur shelter home sexual assault case. The Court has noted that investigation was complete in the matter and 19 persons were convicted.
