P&H HC Upholds Divorce Due to Mental Cruelty Caused by Wife to Husband - (24 Mar 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld the decision of a Gurgaon family court granting divorce to a garment exporter on his plea accusing his wife of mental cruelty by demolishing his reputation at the workplace.
