Bombay HC Allows Appeal Against Order Granting Interim Injunction on Holding EGM to Remove CEO - (23 Mar 2022)

Bombay High Court has allowed an appeal filed by Invesco Developing Markets Fund, against a single-judge order granting interim injunction on holding an EGM to remove Zee's CEO Punit Goenka. The Court has quashed and set aside the single bench order of October 2021.
